Sheetz, 63, of 21 W. Lincoln Ave., Lititz, died Wednesday morning at his daughter's residence, 105 Ironstone Drive, Lititz, after a seven-month illness. He was the husband of Geraldine Frymyer Sheetz, who died on April 8. Sheetz was employed by Bulova Technologies, Lancaster, as a test engineering assistant. A veteran of the Korean War, he served with the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Richland American Legion Post 880 and the Reinholds Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6659. He was an avid fan of NASCAR racing and the Philadelphia Phillies. Born in Richland, he was a son of the late Morris and Bernetha Hilton Sheetz. He was a 1949 graduate of the former Richland High School. Surviving are a daughter, Lisa A., wife of Russ A.
