FRANK R. BALDWIN, 85, CITY STORE TAILOR
Frank Richard Baldwin, 85, of 429 W. Orange St., died Saturday at the Mennonite Home after a long illness.
Baldwin was a tailor at the former Hager's and the former Watt & Shand department stores. He retired in 1989 after 40 years.
A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he served in Japan and was a member of Millersville Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He enjoyed watching sports on television, especially football and baseball.
Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Anna Fink and Frank E. Baldwin.
He was married 60 years to Mildred Herzog Baldwin.
Surviving besides his wife are a daughter, Louise Baldwin of Lancaster; and two sisters, Frances Clinton and Lorraine "Jerry" Welch, both of Lancaster
