Clinton Jr., 83, of 410 Lafayette St., died Wednesday at the Mennonite Home, Lancaster, after a lengthy illness. Clinton was a foreman for Armstrong World Industries for 40 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, Lancaster, and the Eagles, Lancaster. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late George W. Sr. and Anna Mary Brenner Clinton. He was married to Frances M. Baldwin Clinton for 63 years on July 27. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Rick of Millersville and David of Leola; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
