KNOW ALL MEN by these presents
that I Andrew Eib of Warwick in Lancaster County
+ Provance of Pensylvania for & in consideration Eighty Pounds
payd to me in Hand and securd t be payd hath hearby sold +
madeover a certain Tract of Land situate + being in the Township
of Warwick & County of Lancaster + Provance of Pensylvania
surveyed to said Eib on a Warrant granted to him bearing Deat
January the 17th, 1749 it being one hundred acors more or less
said Eib doth hearby make over said Lands + Premises unto Daivd
Hilten + to his Heirs + assigns forever to their use + Behoof
said Eib doth hearby quit clame Right + Title to said Lands
Premises forever + hereby warrant + defend said Lands Premises
forever to said Hilten + to his Heirs Exd Admd + assigns and to
their use or uses th Honerable Properioters only exepted I do
hearby bind myself my Heirs Exd. Admd and every of them firmly
by these Presents. Sealed with my Seal + deated this fifth Day
of November One thousand Seven hundred + fifty seven....Andrew Eib

Justices of the Court of Common Pleas for said County personally
appeared Peter Huber of Warwick Township and on his Solemn
Affirmation did declare and say that he was well acquainted with
Valentine Grush ain his life time and had often saw him write
his Name and that the Name Valentine Gross subscribed as a
Witness to the within Instrument of Writing is the proper Hand
Writing of him the said Valentine Grush to thebest of this
affirmants Knowledge Observation and Belief and further saith
not. Witness my Hand and seal this 25th Day of April 1785.

Affirmation did declare and say that he was present and saw ans
heard David Hilton sign seal and deliver the same for the uses
and Pruposes therein mentioned and that the Name Peter Huber
subscribed thereunto as a witness's this affirmants on Hand +
Writing and further saith not. Witness my Hand and seal this
25th Day of April 1785.
